Town for Sale?

Ever wanted to buy yourself a nice piece of property, but didn’t like the thought of annoying neighbors and busy traffic? Well, now there is the perfect property for you! Buford, Wyoming , the "nation's smallest town" is now up for sale. Buford is located along Interstate 80 and is about 28 miles west of Cheyenne, Wyoming. It only has one resident, Don Sammons, and he has decided to put the town up for sale. Buford is the second-oldest town in Wyoming. Bidding on the town is to start at $100,000. This includes about 10 acres of land, on which a convenience store and gas station, U.S. post office boxes, a wireless cellular tower, and five other buildings are located. Get bidding!
